Homebuyers whose property is located in designated low-income census tracts; there are no income requirements.

Program choices

Zero Down mortgage - For those with good credit who are having trouble with a down payment.

Zero Down Flex mortgage – For those without an established credit history who can afford a small down payment.

Zero Down® mortgage

·  100% financing. No down payment for borrower's with good credit.

·  Little or no up-front costs. All of your closing costs can come from gift funds.

Choose either a fixed-rate mortgage or adjustable-rate mortgage
Maximum loan amounts are - $500,700 in most participating states

Flex® mortgage

·  Choose either a fixed-rate mortgage or adjustable-rate mortgage.

·  No established credit required. A favorable 12-month payment history, including rent and at least two other monthly bills may be all you need.

·  Only 3% down payment with just $500 coming from your own funds. The rest can come from gift funds or other sources.

·  Little or no up-front costs. All of your closing costs can come from gift or other source.
