Common Sense Underwriting

We currently have a 73% approval rate. The design and philosophy of this business loan is to keep the business owner in a comfortable cash-flow position. The underwriter will analyze the Business Bank Statements to determine a comfortable payment. From a fundamental standpoint, if you can handle the payment and the loan amount is acceptable for your desired objective, it should be a good loan for the business owner. These loans are all about cash flow. In part, the qualifying criteria are about what amount of payment your cash flow can handle, generally not to exceed 10-12% of the gross revenues.
